Little Miss Muffet - Spring Pastels

Today, the Little Miss Muffet Design Team is posting cards using Spring Colors {Pastels}.  I chose the image Riley from the Little Misses collection for this post.

The colors were pulled from a designer paper called "Howdy Doody" which is new from My Mind's Eye.  I used 3 different patterned papers from this collection, the wood grain, floral and pink polka dot.
I paper-pieced her shirt with the pink polka dot paper by printing out the image on normal printer paper then taping the patterned paper onto the printed image.  I loaded it back into the printer and printed the image again. {See a picture tutorial HERE} This time the image printed on the patterned paper. I cut out the shirt and ran it thru my Xyron to make it a sticker then pieced in on my colored image.

The sky background is chalk.  I used an eraser to create the look of clouds. It is very subtle.
