Here is my interpretation.  I move the banner to the opposite side.
I used a stamp set from The Crafts Meow, which is closed but Simon Says Stamp still has this set.  This is "Cherished" by Nina B.  The flower is layered.

Cardstock: PTI Vintage Cream, Ripe Avocado, Melon Berry
Chalk: Pebbles Pastels
Ink: Memento Black
Copic Colors: R01, R02, R05, YG93, YG95, YG97
Sewing machine and ivory thread
