My Interpretation:
The stamp set used is Taylored Expressions 'In the Word' set. Both sun and verse are from this set. The cloud border is also Taylored Expressions - I definitely have gotten a lot of use out of it.
The patterned cloud paper is from A|Muse and cardstock is PTI White, Spring Rain and Summer Sunrise (and ink).
I also made a Get Well version using Graphic Greetings Get Well.

I love the sketch! I thought you'd made such a great card using it as inspiration, then I read it was actually the other way round! I really hope I'll find time to play with this one!
