Here is Sketch #282 (designed by Jen):

I used a Stamp Fairy image today - Barry Fly Away.  I thought it would be perfect with a new Doodlebug paper Happy Harvest.  Love the aerial view of the town.

I saw this cloud background technique on a blog using Taylored Expressions Cloud Border as a stencil for clouds.  Brilliant!  It really worked great.  You can use ink and a sponge.  I dug out my Copic air brush system and BG01 Copic marker. First time I've actually used it on a card - Finally!

Sketch Saturday Challenge #269

We have a new sketch challenge today at Sketch Saturday!  This week our sponsor is Stamp Fairy and they generously let us pick a digi to work with.  I chose Charlie - Happy Life and there is a free bone download to go with him.  I thought it was perfect for this weeks sketch.

Here is Sketch #269 (designed by Jen):

I followed the sketch pretty literally this week. The patterned paper is a digital paper from Clearly Digi Stamps, part of Shih-Tzu.   The paper was cut like the sketch and the corners were rounded. 

I layered 2 circles and popped the dog and bone on the front.  This card came together pretty quickly.
