TAC - Baby Card and Thank You

Today, I have a baby shower card and matching thank you cards. This baby shower was actually a card shower - just cards no gifts.  Love card showers although I really love going shopping for a new baby too. :D

Some friends are adopting a little girl and will be traveling later this month to China to get her and bring her home. This is my card for the card shower.  I used TAC Wee Ones, which was a super cute set.  I colored the images with Copic markers then cut them out.
The images are suspended from white cross stitch floss to create a mobile of baby things.  I saw this mobile idea on Karen's Blog and it uses Retro Sketch #33.  Inside there is a Target gift card which completes the card and theme.
I also made 12 super simple Thank You cards as an added gift.  I used the same patterned cardstock I used for my card.  The cardstock is from Cloud9 Designs, called 'Dee's Cottage'.  The Thank You sentiment is from TAC I heart You, available at RRD. The hearts are cut with a Lil' Inkers Designs die.  Love the stitching on the hearts.

Little Miss Muffet - Royal Decree

Little Miss Muffet is sponsoring Oozak Challenge this month. The Oozak challenge theme this month is Anything Goes with Pink and Bling.

Did you know that Oozak carries Little Miss Muffet rubber stamps?  They do and they have great discounts on all the products they carry; all you have to do is register to get the discounted price, which is free!  Shipping is free when you place a $50 or more order too - what a deal!  They have an awesome feature when something is out of stock - they will notify you when they get product back in.  Love that!

I found Oozak several years ago, when I was building my Copic collection and looking for Copic compatible cardstock and inkThey have great prices on Copic Markers, reinkers and Xpress-it cardstock, which I have taken advantage of over the years.  They have added so much in last couple years too, all the hot brands in patterned paper pads and more and more stamps, dies and embellishmentsIt is one of my favorite places to shop and has become a one stop shop over the years too.

I used Little Miss Muffet Royal Decree, stamped with Memento black ink on pink cardstock.  I stamped the crown on white Xpress-it cardstock and colored with Copic markers, R46, YR21, YR23, YR24, white gel pen and gems, for my bling element.
The side lace accent is a die cut border from Die-namics called Dainty Lace.  The black and white panels are embossed with a Cuttlebug folder called Textile.

Hope you will play along with Oozak's Challenge this month.  The theme is Pink and Bling - all images welcome.
