My Interpretation:

I used a set from Nina B - Christmas Angel.  It is a great set with a beautiful angel and scripture. I've had it a couple years, since The Crafts Meow closed, so it was good to finally use it.

My Interpretation:

I found this image 'What if' and went with the comic book feel.  The balloon was cut on my Scan N Cut machine.  I added a few clear enamel dots around the balloon and pearls to the colored image.

My Interpretation:

I used a pre-colored image from Paper Shelter called Mad About Shoes.  This was a quick card with the pre-colored image.  Cardstock from PTI - White, True Black and Pure Poppy.  Added some saddle stitched ribbon and a few enamel dots.

My Interpretation:

Today I used a set from Justrite called With Sympathy.  I used the roses with a Birthday sentiment. The die cut is Spellbinders Fleur de Elegance. These are items I picked out for my birthday. Love the die cut, the only drawback is the size.  It is huge, so this is a 5.25" x 7.25" card.

My Interpretation:

Today, I used a digi from the Scene It collection called Ladybugs.  It was a fun one to color.  I've had this one for sometime so it was good to use it.   I combined the image with I Love Summer papers from Simple Stories.

My Interpretation:

Card 1

The stamp set is a free one I received with my September issue of Quick Cards. Papers are Bazzill, ink Memento black and Copic colors R24, R29, YG61, YG63, N3.

Card 2

I used a set from PaperTrey Ink Birthday Style.  The papers and inks are also PTI - Raspberry Fizz, Aqua Mist, Chartreuse and True Black.  The enamel dots are from Micheals and sequins are from Doodlebug Designs.

2 Cute Ink Challenge #105 - Mother's Day

Happy Monday!

There is a new release and challenge at 2 Cute Ink today!  The challenge theme is Mother's Day and the release is a mother's day related too.  This is Primrose Kitty and Mother's Day sentiments.

Did you know flowers have meanings?  A primrose means 'I can't live without you' - perfect for Mother's day don't you think?

Here is a close up.  I added a double wavy stitch the image and patterned paper and an enamel embellishment to the center of the flower.  I created the slot opening in the image for the ribbon with my Crop-a-dile, setting it at 3/8" depth and nibbling out the slot with about 6-8 punches close together.
